The 2020 Dual Tabber can apply one or two tabs in one pass based
on the media requirements. Dual tab application eliminates the need
for running jobs through twice, speeding up processing time and improving
productivity. The 2020 Tabber offers high quality construction, fast operating
speeds and accurate tab application all from a tabletop machine.
1. Single or Dual Tab Application
Applies one or two tabs in a single pass. Tab reel holds 1” pinfed tabs
or wafer seals, round, paper orclear with 3” core. Accommodates up
to 10,000 tabs per reel.
2. Versatile Unit
• Clear tab capable.
• Sliding tab head for tab position adjustment.
• Flat tab for gate-fold mailer.
3. Continuous Feeding of Material
Top load, continuous feed feeder. Stacking tray holds up to 6” capacity
of media.
4. Operator Controls
Simple push button controls on easy to read LCD display. Job count
and permanent count standard.
Batch count mail delivery-compatible. Detectors for cover open,
misfeed and out of tabs.
5. On Demand Conveyor
Optional 21” on demand conveyor quickly moves job along. Allows for easy
batch sorting and enhances greater productivity.
